Basketball Court
Multi-purpose covered court open to all residents. Night games are allowed until 10:00 PM.
Garbage & Recycling
Segregated collection on scheduled days. Please separate biodegradable, recyclable, and residual waste. No dumping in vacant lots.
CCTV Coverage
Our main gate is monitored 24/7 with CCTV. All visitors are logged and residents are notified of arrivals.
Village House Rules
Adopted by the Board and ratified by the General Assembly.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum.
- All vehicles must display a valid HOA sticker on the windshield.
- Visitors must be logged at the gate and accompanied by a resident.
- No construction or renovation outside 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- Visitors who are not registered residents must leave an identification card at the gate.
- Pets must be leashed in common areas; owners must clean up after them.
- Report water leaks, streetlight outages, and security concerns via the Resident Portal.
